About the Owners

Brian and Cathy are the owners of BV's Corner Bar and Grill, Inc.

Brian is a developer/construction manager from Las Vegas, and Cathy is an educator from New York and Las Vegas.

Both Brian and Cathy were born and raised in Newfield, New York, and continue to have strong ties to the Finger Lakes Area. They are active in community events, charities, and state politics.

Chef Patrick Baker

Born in Trumansburg, NY, Patrick graduated in 2001 from Trumansburg High School.

Patrick has attended Culinary Institute of America 2003-2005 and has been working in the restaurant industry for 11 years.

Jennifer Tucker - Operations Manager

Born in Cortland, NY, Jennifer graduated in 1992 from Homer High School.

Jennifer went to TC3 for Liberal Arts Social Science, then finally decided to change major to Hotel/Restaurant Management. She has been a server, cooked, bartended and has been managing all in all for 18 years.
